Windsurfing Club Vlietland is an association located in Leidschendam, right in the recreational area of Vlietland. We are a windsurfing club for people of all ages! Every Tuesday evening, enthusiastic instructors provide training to the members. Besides the Tuesday evening sessions, the club is open whenever there’s wind, and we have ‘Sunday Surf’ every Sunday. Additionally, as a club, we go on two windsurfing weekends to Makkum and Brouwersdam each year. During the summer, a team of instructors is ready for the windsurfing summer camp, a four-day camp for children aged 9 to 14.
As a club, we take great pride in our members and instructors who teach with great passion! Windsurfing Club Vlietland caters to both beginners and advanced windsurfers. Tim Gerdes is one of the windsurfers who started with us at a young age and is now competing at a high level. Tim will be giving a demonstration during the event on 17th and 18th August. So, if you want to learn windsurfing from a true pro, come along on 17th and 18th August and get to know us! We hope to see you soon!
